Steeping loose leaf green tea is considered rather complicated since steeping green tea for too long or in too hot water will result in a bitter and astringent flavor regardless of the quality of the leaves. This tea is suggested not to infuse more than 2 times with western brewing style. Rara Green stays more clear when cold-brewed, perfectly refreshing hot or over ice. Rara Green has half the caffeine of black tea. Green teas are the least oxidized of all the types of tea, which helps in retaining the plant's natural appearance and color.
