This tea is suggested not to infuse more than 2 times with western brewing style. Rara Green stays more clear when cold-brewed, perfectly refreshing hot or over ice. Rara Green has half the caffeine of black tea. Green teas are the least oxidized of all the types of tea, which helps in retaining the plant's natural appearance and color.
Rara Green is hand picked two succulent leaf and a bud withered for three hours in cool air de-enzyme for 30 seconds in 120c temperature and again kept for 2 hours then roll and roasted. Green teas are known for their various health benefits from heart health to dental health to mental health and so on.
We named this tea as Rara which is famous biggest pristine lake situated at the highlands of Midwest Nepal. Water of this lake is so pure and light green color that very much resembles the color of this tea. This tea gives the feel of tranquility and vitality, which you experience when you are at Rara.
