White Teas offer typically lighter, mellower flavors with hints of nuttiness. Some whites are made using only tender, down-covered buds while others use only leaves. Still others are a mix of both. Undergoing light oxidation and minimal processing, the finest White teas have more delicate flavors and aromas and are carefully selected in early spring. This organic white loose leaf tea was hand plucked one or two leaf with buds, kept for 4-5 days for drying without stirring it on shadow and again dried it on low heat of 60.C or sun dried when possible. The process undergone through light oxidation and minimal processing. The green leaf plucking window is short and processing method is very delicate which makes Nirvana White tea a rare craftsmanship. Therefore, we could produce white tea in very limited quantity ensuring its premium quality.
