Tea package are of 3 different sizes sample size contains 5 -8 serving, regular size contains 25-35 serving and big size contains 100-120 servings. Some of our tea packages also comes with artistic handmade bamboo box.

Our team strives to have your tea safely packed and ready for shipment within 1-2 business days. Please note, your order must be received by 1 PM EST to ensure same day shipping. Orders received after 1 PM EST on Fridays will be processed by Monday the following week. Packages ship from our facility in Nashua, NH, USA.

To exchange or return unopened and undamaged tea purchased from our website or customer service representative, please send to the address listed below within 30 days of delivery date. While we are happy to refund the cost of the unopened or undamaged tea products, the return shipment costs are at your expense. If you’d like to exchange for a different offering, Tealeaf will assume the cost of shipping you the replacement product.
